The Foundery
The Foundery FWD turned a Demo Day into a live room. After each founder pitched, investors showed interest on the app, and the big screen showed demand build for every startup in real time.
It's three screens on one live connection: an app for investors, a board for the stage, and a control desk for The Foundery's team.
Every startup, founder, investor and number on this page is a placeholder. The event's real data stays private.
01
Everything moves together. A tap on a phone in row twelve shows up on the stage screen and on the team's desk a moment later.

02
Investors scan a QR code on screen and log in with a 6-digit PIN. New faces can register at the door and get a PIN on the spot.
The founder pitching right now sits at the top, so anyone arriving late doesn't have to hunt. Tap "I'm interested", set a cheque size and the valuation you'd back, and swipe to confirm.

03
The stage screen shows total interest across the room and the ten startups with the most demand. The one pitching is always on it, even before anyone has tapped.
When a startup passes its ask, the board stops for a moment and says so.
It shows momentum, never who. No investor names or individual cheques go up on the big screen.

04
The Foundery's team drives the stage from a laptop. Step through the pitch order, or spotlight any startup with "Set stage", and every phone and the board follow.
Below that, the full picture: every startup and who backed it at what cheque and valuation, or every investor and what they backed. After the show, it all comes out as a spreadsheet report, so the team can introduce investors to the founders they backed.

05
Money in a room invites the wrong kind of drama, so the limits are built into the screens.
06
The live app for The Foundery's Investor Showcase (their Demo Day) on 9 July 2026 at NSCI Dome, Mumbai. Investors signalled interest in each startup as it pitched, and the room watched demand build.
We designed and built all three screens: the investor app, the stage board and the team's control desk.
Each one has a different audience. Investors need one fast action on a phone. The room needs something readable from the back of a dome. The team needs control and the full detail.
Every device shares one realtime database, so a tap reaches the board and the desk within moments. If the venue's network blocks the usual streaming connection, it falls back to a simpler one automatically. It also installs to the home screen, and tells people when a new version is out.
The event was invite-only and its startups, investors and numbers are confidential. We ran the same app on invented data for these screenshots.
